2024 Annual Fillmore Backpack Drive
Booker T. Washington Community Service Center will host their 2024 Annual Fillmore Backpack Drive. This event aims to provide essential supplies to students in need as they prepare for the upcoming school year. We kindly ask for your support in sharing this information with parents and your network within the community. Event Details: Date: August 1st, Time:3-7 PM, Location: 800 Presidio Ave, San Francisco, CA 94115.
During this event, we will distribute backpacks filled with school supplies, books, and hygiene kits to support students’ academic and nutritional needs. Additionally, we will have exciting activities such as a jumper, food, games, and music. We are also pleased to announce that the BTWCSC Afterschool Program for the 2024-25 academic year is now accepting applications. This program offers a free afterschool experience, providing a safe and nurturing environment for students to engage in educational and enrichment activities.

Backpacks are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so early registration is encouraged. Priority will be given to families in the Fillmore/Western Addition communities.
