Volunteer: 84th Community Day of Service
Project Homelessness Connect needs volunteers to help set up the day before and the day of their event. Any amount of time helps! Day of event shifts are in 4 hour increments: morning – 8:30a-12:30p, afternoon – 11:30a-3:30p, or all day – 8:30a-3:30p. Standard placements include: getting to know participants one-on-one as you help them navigate the space as a Participant Escort/Buddy, Participant Check-In, Translator, Cafe, Bag checker, and more. We take pride in ensuring that every role is meaningful and provide volunteer support, not to mention a free meal at the end of your shift and a PHC Volunteer T-Shirt for first-time volunteers.
