In order to receive a gift, you must go to the African American Arts and Culture Complex, obtain a passport, get at least 5 stamps from different activity stations, then head over to Ella Hill Hutch Community Center to receive a gift. Youth must be present to receive a Christmas gift. First come, first serve.
